once a purchase has been completed.
2. Damaged Items in Transit
A refund or replacement will only be considered if:
- The item was damaged during shipping or transit
- The product received is physically damaged upon delivery
3. Reporting Damaged Products
To be eligible for a replacement or refund for transit damage, customers must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
- Unboxing video (if available)
Failure to report damage within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
4. Claim Verification
Once we receive your request, our team will inspect and verify the claim.
If approved, we may:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method
The resolution method will be decided at our sole discretion.
5. Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Minor color or texture variations
- Damage caused after delivery
- Improper handling or misuse
- Delay in delivery caused by courier services
